We have a few factors that determine the Qualifying Criteria we use to vet & onboard young people onto SpanLula.

  1. Aged 18-35
  2. Completed Secondary School
  3. Basic Understanding of Technology
  4. Living in a historically disadvantaged community
  5. Currently unemployed or not in any formal learning
