SpanLula is "Bridging the Digital Skills Gap in Africa" by enabling young people in the rural areas & townships to conveniently access technology skills training & job opportunities.
The initiative is also aimed at assisting Recruiters in Public and Private Organizations with efficiently recruiting for the hard-to-fill vacancies that require ICT-skilled candidates.
For Young People
SpanLula is an online platform for young people aged 18-35 from historically disadvantaged communities to get convenient access to technology skills training & job opportunities.
The platform is developed as a data-free/zero-rated platform that is accessible to young people with the need to buy Mobile Data or have a strong internet connection.
For Job Recruiters
Job recruiters from public and private organizations will be able to list their hard-to-fill vacancies that require ICT-skilled candidates and also be able to shortlist a pool of those candidates.
SpanLula will streamline the entire recruitment process for organizations when it comes to vetting, shortlisting and evaluating ICT-skilled candidates by comparing their skills, experience and expertise according to the industry standards.
